Digital contracting - Contracting documents are automatically generated and digitally signed to ensure non-repudiation and complete legal validity.

Creative content management - Uploading digital creative elements (multimedia content) is done simply from the user interface, and distribution is performed automatically on digital panels through high-performance secure services.

The AdSelect system offers multiple configuration options for optimizing advertising impact:

-Storyboard configuration - Allows alternating playback of video spots in the same space within the advertising block, maximizing message diversity.

-Exclusive playback - Offers the possibility of exclusive playback for determined periods of media spot sets from a specific client, guaranteeing maximum visibility.

-Automatic industry distancing - Specialized algorithms prioritize and organize content lists based on the represented industry and contractual priority, avoiding conflicts of interest.

-Overlaid content display - Configurable functionality for "Countdown" or "Count up", starting from a moment defined by the seller per spot or campaign.

-Personalized messages - Display of customized messages defined by the seller for each individual spot or campaign.

-Content control - In special situations, content can be instantly stopped from broadcasting while keeping the allocated space until reconfiguring the video spot list.

-Geographic zoning for mobile screens - For mobile screens, zones can be defined on the route based on points of interest (POI) where certain video spots are played or hidden.

-Weather programming - Implementation of alternative spots that play based on weather conditions - sun or rain, day or night, for maximum relevance.

 


Integration of audience data and geolocation

Audience metrics are an integral part of the decision process for selection, along with geolocation in the interest of the media campaign. The AdSelect system uses proprietary traffic quantification structures developed through the www.auditoriu.ro project, providing precise and updated data.

 


Self-monitoring and playback verification

For monitoring the video panel situation and automatically preparing proof of spot playback, the system implements an automatic mechanism for recording the spot played on the panel using a dedicated monitoring camera. This functionality ensures complete transparency and verifiability of services.

 


Automatic reporting and statistics

Playback logs are automatically reported from digital panels directly to the AdSelect server and can be highlighted in detailed reports and statistics for each campaign, providing precise results about playback performance.

 


Financial process automation

The system automatically calculates payment values for media space providers and advertising taxes to local public administration. The automatic invoice creation functionality is based on validated financial totals in the system, eliminating errors and accelerating administrative processes.

 


Tax compliance

AdSelect is integrated with the eFactura system, the official Romanian platform for transmitting invoices to the national financial administration, ensuring complete compliance with tax regulations and simplifying reporting processes.
